Ordering & Customization


Digital proofs are available in the design builder before you place your order. Once the order is submitted, it moves straight into production, and no sew-out or additional proof will be provided.

No, there is no minimum order requirement for wholesale purchases. You can order as much or as little as you need.

Due to our fast production process, we are unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Please carefully review your order and confirm all details before submitting to avoid any issues.

Yes, you can order as little as one piece per cap style or color, either blank or with embroidery. For blank samples, standard blank pricing applies. For embroidered samples, a sample charge will be calculated.

At this time, we are unable to accept backorders due to the current volatility of stock. Orders can only be placed once stock is replenished and updated on our website. If you'd like to inquire about a restocking date, please contact us at [email protected].

Pricing & Discounts

End column pricing (EQP) for embroidered caps is available for orders of 72 pieces per style, color, and logo colors. For orders under 72 pieces, Less Than Minimum (LTM) charges apply to each decoration location.

Account & Registration

To gain access to our wholesale website you would need to register here:

In order to qualify for a wholesale account, you must be able to provide a state-issued resale certificate or a 501(c)(3) form.

Once logged into your account you will gain full access to our website pricing and order placement. 

If you do not qualify for a wholesale account you will need to register for a corporate account on our custom website:

Once logged into your account, you can view pricing directly on the product page after selecting your desired order quantity. Pricing will be displayed for both blank and embroidered caps.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship all products ordered through our website to addresses within the continental United States only.

We do not offer free shipping on orders from our wholesale website. However, you can choose to bill your own UPS or FedEx account if you have one.

Returns & Refunds

We make customized headwear, and we inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you.

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, customized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and approved by our CSR Team. 

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your everything on your order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. 

You are welcome to contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about your logo before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
